A big welcome to our martial arts club. If you have always dreamed of getting a little fitter and learning some practical street self-defense, then pop in for a free lesson and a chat with our 6th Dan Jujitsu Instructor.

You’ll find that we are a very friendly bunch of people, keeping our technical training safe with huge benefits to you in terms of health and fitness.

The club operates from the Methodist Church, The Bourne in Southgate, a short walk from the tube station and within easy reach of anyone living in North London

Ju-Jitsu is the perfect martial art for defending yourself on those mean city streets. It is also a great way to improve fitness and make new friends

Often called the ‘Mother Art’, Japanese Ju-Jitsu is at the root of many other martial arts styles such as  KarateMuay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-JitsuJudo and MMA. You will be taught how to kick, punch and block as well as takedowns, throws and submissions.
