First Aid Course – 24th June 2023
This was how we rolled at our First Aid Course on 24/6/2023.
We all had a fantastic time. It was a lot of fun and very informative.
Hannah at Train2FirstAid was a great instructor, relaxed and personable with many years of experience and made us all feel at ease.
We had an eclectic group, encompassing some Seishin Ju-Jitsu Instructors and Students, some Goshin Ju-Jitsu students and a carer, (ranging in age from 16 – 72) and we all learned a lot!
Should a situation arise where first aid is needed, we will all feel a little more confident in assisting until help can arrive.
We thank Carla for doing a great job organising it, and we hope to do it all again in 3 years’ time!
