InterClub Get-Together – Sifu Adrian Brown

Last night we welcomed Sifu Adrian Brown from Quan Shu Kung Fu and his students to take our guys through some Kung Fu.
It’s always great fun experimenting with different arts and learning different concepts.
Here’s what Sifu Adrian had to say:
“Last night I reciprocated the teaching for John Michell of Seishin Ju-Jitsu. I coached some close-range hand techniques and conditioning drills which, even though were out of their normal training regime, were picked up very well by all.
Thanks for the invite guys! Much respect to you all. A great bunch of people!”
