Green Belt Grading – 5th June 2023 (Mustafa and Oscar)
After many months of hard work, Mustafa and Oscar have today graded to Green Belt.
This is a grade that does not get awarded that often, as so many give up before this stage.
The Green Belt is the first step out of beginner’s grades and into intermediate.
Techniques are harder, understanding is more complex, and it takes grit and determination to get this far!
Well done guys on your achievement.
It only ever gets harder, and we’re sure you will continue to do your best.
Many thanks also to the Ukes (as usual), as without you, gradings cannot take place.
And we thank also sensei Paul for his fantastic photographic skills, as always. Leaving us all memories to cherish well into our old age!
