23rd July 2023 Mixed Martial Arts Seminar
Seishin Ju-Jitsu had the pleasure of attending this mixed Martial Arts Seminar run by trusted and respected local Martial Artists Professor Nick Charalambous 8th Dan Ju-Jitsu, Kyoshi Jason Fitzpatrick 7th Dan Ju-Jitsu and Grandmaster Sifu Andy Sophos.
With many years in the Martial Arts world, it was lovely to take part and share in their knowledge, which they imparted with grace and humility.
It was a lovely Sunday, with a few hours on the mat, followed by some refreshing and well-deserved meal and drinks.
